They were very professional
My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Heights Motors today! I detest car buying but they actually made it an enjoyable experience. They were very professional and their integrity was second to none. Adnan was our sales rep. I’ve never experienced this high level of customer service, especially at a car dealership. They had the vehicle that we wanted to test drive freshly cleaned and ready for us. They were knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were well informed. They will be our first stop for used cars in the future!

Would absolutely come back
Buying a car here was a really positive experience. Everyone was helpful, patient, and transparent throughout the process. We felt comfortable and confident with our purchase, and we love our new car. Would absolutely come back and recommend them to friends and family. Adnan was great!

They were always available
Unfortunately, I can’t say much about the car, as it was rear-ended just one hour after I left the shop and I had to send it to auction. However, I can say that those guys assisted me throughout the entire unfortunate total-loss and insurance process and were a huge help. They were always available to support me and do their best to help me out. I can only recommend them to anyone who needs a new car. I would definitely consider them again for my future vehicles.
